I disagree with you. He missed the tackle for their 1st try, terrible offload with only a couple minutes left on the 3rd tackle when we just needed to ice the game, shot out of the line late and missed a tackle which nearly led to a try, etc. In my opinion his runs were decent but an error riddled game which he doesn't produce so often hurt us at stages. I think he was definitely the zero this week

Attack - all the talk of "refining" the Chooks attack ended with not much better than previous weeks which was very very poor- still so much to work on but will there be time to do so?

Roosters - a 1 out of 10

Defence - yes kept the Eagles out for numerous sets but the Eagles really lost their way in attack and most tries scored were too easily conceded - Manly needed to punch up through middle and play expansive once they controlled the ruck and tries would come a plenty -Rooster in defence like the attack have so much to work on.

Robbo - attack was very very poor and defence won the game although this was not great either against a side struggling on field and off field.

Fair dinkum, he made one or two errors but he outplayed the rest of our pussy pack bar Radley easily......Napa was also a terrible offender in that first try as he couldnt be bothered moving past the upright to help....

His first half reminded me of another ex 5/8 who shifted to the back row for us. His first half was attrocious, the second wasn’t much better either

Hedger you need to start explaining your ratings and how you arrived at them. If you think Matterson played better than SST than you have no idea. I’d like to know how Cronk is rated better than SST too when he gave away a penalty, didn’t assist anything and gave away two 7 tackle sets and one of them came from our own half.

To give accurate ratings you would really need to watch a replay at least once. First impressions are often misleading when you are hanging on the result and missing a lot of the less obvious things.

Gary's Hero of the Week - tied between Tommy Turbo and the refs.

Gary's Zero of the Week - Fergo. Got owned twice by Uate in very defendable one on ones. He was saved by the forward pass call. We were defending that set because of Fergo's knock on.

Also thought Manu had a very good game and deserved much better than a 5.
