My point in starting this thread is to say how hard it is to buy and move on players. Everyone here have plenty to say after the event.
Players who have left and kicked on is spilt milk. Let’s look into the future. With the chooks sitting on a 50% record after round 8 the season can really swing either way.... so it’s a great time to ask you all who has got the balls to put on record out of the current squad should we release and who out of players coming off contract with rivals clubs should we buy? ( zerotackle.com will give you a list of who is coming off contract)

Not necessarily. He has played every position in the forwards. Very versatile.

We were chasing him a few years ago.
He's got size and valuable experience.

A bit concerned about our recruitment since POS was terminated in 2016. Does anyone know of any exciting prospects we've signed and likely to progress via Wyong?
Now that Jersey Flegg is finito i believe Josh Curran will be in the Wyong squad.

Every squad has to evolve IMO. With Crichton next year surely a back rower will have to move on. Probably Maubs with Radley performing in the utility role very well.

Do we play Matterson or Crichton as an old skool lock next year???

They are both big enough to work the centre of the ruck IMO.

The 7 and 9 will be interesting next season. Tough to replace both in one season.
