  • Where is the support play ??

i thought teddy was great yesterday, but he made a number of breaks and half breaks with no one supporting him, where are the friggin halves, or props I don’t give a Fark, but someone has to follow him. MAYBE even JAKE.

One clear half break I remember where he had the ball out and ready to offload with no one there.

the team has to be enthusiastic in attack not just defence FFS.

very frustrating watching teddy fight to have ball and arms free stay on his feet but no one to pass it to! at least he took it to ground safely, he had a very good game yesterday putting a few of those in now, we just need to support him

Yep, aside from the obvious errors and discipline issues there is an obvious lack of energy and/or enthusiasm with the team atm, for all to see.

Sorry, a little more on mighty Jake. Can he possibly ever be considered a decent hooker when he cannot even pass the ball to his right. MOST were over the receiver's head, and behind him. Seriously, these issues that MOST of us are raising are now Critical. The season is slowly going down the friggin toilet.

Not in the last two games. Lack of effort is one thing they can’t be accused of in the last two. They couldn’t have tried any harder yesterday.

Maybe, but I can't remember any players running past the ball carrier for a POSSIBLE offload. Teddy had his arm out for nearly 5 seconds with NOBODY to pass to. He made 2 or 3 clear breaks with nobody there to pass to. Maybe he should just keep chipping the ball over the top for himself a little more. There should be one of the halves at least following along side him. But Robbo's structures don't allow it as all players need to be in position for the next pre-planned play.

Remember Pearce's try in origin 1 last year when Teddy made a break and passed the ball back n the inside where Pearce was backing up. As Andrew Johns said - 'like any good half should'. BTW, I'm not a Pearce lover or a Cronk hater, we just need to get this shyte right NOW.
