In fact, the hardest I can remember.

Should Carney stay or should he go?

Remember the enjoyment of how we played last season. I don't think it is wild to say that was 80% down to him. I think it is fair to say we would not have made the finals if he was not in our side. It is safe to say that if he goes we will be a mediocre team at best.

But he has been given many chances. He has let the club and supporters down. Most importantly he has let his team mates down. Not just this time but many times. The result of our attempts to deal with these issues are there for all of us to see.

How important is winning?

I say keep him. I agree JT - I don't think we would have gone anywhere without him last year. But this year admittedly has been very different for him with his issues and injuries but I'd still persevere. But he's not alone! Maybe he just gets influenced too easily (Watts for one), in saying that he has to stand by the courgae of his own convictions. He has had his chances but making him a scapegoat will not solve what looks like to be a very underlying problem at the club.

Worse still, if he goes we all know who'll start wearing the no.6 again.
