Rooster logo on player sleeves?

Does anyone know what they represent.

A few players have a gold one, a few players have silver/white, some have red and some didn’t have one at all.

I want to know what the Red one is for? 300 games
The rest are probably 50, 100, 200 games for the Chooks
Bronze, Silver, Gold

I think the gold rooster is for premiership winning players as everyone I saw with it was part of the 2013 grand final winning team. The red must be for a certain amount of games played as Cooper Cronk had one, most likely 300 as he's at 325 games.

The club should look at expanding it for members - potentially getting a personalised jersey with colour of emblem based on years of membership.

I emailed the club and received this response:

Red represents 300 in total across their career, i.e. Cooper Cronk, Bronze 100 games, Silver 200, and Gold 300. Anthony Minichiello (played 302 games) & Luke Ricketson (played 301 games) they are the only two Roosters to hold Gold.
