If so, harden up and move on. Good on him for having a bit of a fun swipe...hes still great mates with a lot of the Easts guys.

it's so funny listening to the commentators last night when they talk about pearce it's like he never played for the roosters and never did anything wrong to anyone but when he played for us most people blamed him for everything this sunday will be the most biased commentary in league history on fox that's my prediction.

of course the draw more at their home oval, its bigger newer and they've got nothing else to do! we continually pout up with difficult parking options over priced food and beverages etc.. the only good things are the roosters and the new screens
finally the pa seems to work now?

At the end of the 2007 season I had already had enough of him. Always thought he would have been better as a hooker instead (flame away). The term 'professional footballer' is bandied about here with joyous abandon, but somehow forgotten in regard to Pearce. He is being paid to represent Newcastle now, not Easts. If I were a Knights fan his comment would inspire me and it would make me more certain that he was the man for the job. Very similar to how I'd feel if either Cronk or Tedesco had a similar light hearted dig at their former clubs. Come Sunday Pearce will rightfully become enemy number one here, and that's the way it should be. The bus back to Newcastle only has enough room for four points in the luggage compartment anyway.
