  • Cronk’s try?

Putting it out there because there... how come Cronk,s try was disallowed?

Fergo passes to Teddy... Teddy drops it backwards... it bounces back like 2m to Cronk and Cronk scores a try. Ref missed the fact it went backwards and focussed on the fumble?

Fumble the ball backwards and it,s a knock-on. Headbutt the ball forward like a doofus and it,s all good.

Tedesco blinded by the light reflection of Fergo's melon. Now that Baptiste is arriving we might have to go back to the black paint. But this time above the eyes.

It went forward, end of story.

The call that annoyed me was the bullshit call on Toops that gave the Tiges a penalty in the lead up to their try. Thompson kicks ahead and just after he kicks it Toops shoves him over the sideline. There was no way it was a late tackle but the touchie decided he needed his 15 mins of fame

        100%.

It was a bullshit, and yet entirely predictable penalty.

We knew who was the ref and his history, so why did toupo give him even the chance to blow the whistle? Unnecessary imho

I was sitting where the Cornish try was disallowed as the ball bounced off I think it was Teddy's upper arm & shoulder but Cornish was at least 2 meters behind Teddy when he grabbed that ball on the full and scored. I believed that one should have been a try but I did on the weekend see so many of them pulled up as Knock On's as in my mind I don't think you can establish that is a knock on if the ball is still in the air and travels backwards and never hits the ground...

Referee's were quick on the weekend in all games to make that call so is there a new rule that people don't know about with the Knock On cause the ball on both occasions did not make any contact with a Tigers player, nor did the ones in the other games especially the Sharks one on Friday Night?
