That will undoubtedly be on his highlight reel for future marketing purposes.

As ambitious as it was, it pales by comparison to Hastings 'heroism' of Anzac Day 2016. Now that was really punching above your weight with a five man overlap.

He is potentially our best front rower.

Hits the ball up at speed and makes metres.

The two starting props are slugs and rarely bend the line these days.

You’re not wrong there Louis. When you put it that way Tetevano’s error wasn’t that bad.

              Tet Offensive deserves every credit,

Honest, hard working, tough & contrite

He is becoming a LOD for sure,

Hi Axe - the hit was beautiful to watch - the whole timing of it perfect and so pretty to watch. I was in the members with a old school pal who penned up the match reports years ago in the Wentworth Courier. We were deadset directly in line with it.
We both said something like “ooh this is going to good”. We clearly knew it was coming and the distance Tet ran to perfect the tackle was like watching it in slow motion before the boom.
Another fond memory of being at a game. Our sportsmanship shown after the hit was most admirable.

It was clean and it hurt the opponent.
better than the grub treatment we regularly see from the burgearse boys.

btw I was also in members watching the hit. I will always believe the hit to be legitimate. This was clearly as case of collusion to rub him out by the nrl for a few weeks. Can not believe the grading they hit tets with

I was a bit skeptical about Tetevano joining the Chooks because of what he had been charged with but Im happy for his sake that he has managed to do the right thing & earn himself a contract extension.

Agree again Axe, I regarded it as clean and the intent was to bury Tets opponent ball and all. We were always going to win however the attitude wasnt there yet again. The Tet and Evans hits morale lifting and i was surprised the NRL PC Brigade didn’t go Evans as well. The collusion you raise I can’t help but think of Greenbergs dislike of Politis.

JT mentioned it in the trial thread and I agree 100% - Tetevano was far and away our best player. He ran with enthusiasm and force and hit very hard in defence.

My off season spy says he has been so far the best and hardest preseason trainer and they expect quite a bit from him this year.
