Yep, that's where it ended for Manu. Though in fairness, he wasn't the only bloke in the NRL to get steamrolled by Frank the Tank. Beast of a player. Maybe we sign him too?
The thing about Folau is he brings people to the games more than a player of Manu's ilk. And that's what Nick likes. Superstars. Big names.
Is it right or wrong, I don't know?

Agree with u brain and dice. Manu was immense in the NSW cup GF. He wanted the ball in his hands, was clearly the go to guy and tried his absolute guts out. I'm sure Fitzy and co can make him a better defender. His attacking ability is outstanding with roosters insiders saying his footwork is better than all but RTS. I'm a massive fan. Must keep in my opinion.

This would be such a classic if we do get him with all the melt-downs from other eupporters, it would almost be like winning a premiership.....

But with our $1m or so of spare cash I would prefer a prop like Bromwich or even a hard head like Ben Téo and we get the NRL to kick in half his salary..... lol.......
