I think it will be a good move too as he's being paid the big bucks to be their main man and we'll certainly see how serious he is about that responsibility. I was just wondering what the Thracian thought about it all.

Do not care to be honest, thankfully he is not our problem anymore, worst mistake ever making him captain at our club

From memory it was queen Salvo who said that many players are unhappy. He also said earlier than that that we will have trouble recruiting players because players didn't want to come to our club anymore (ie our club is not attractive anymore) and since that prediction that other prediction of his we have then managed to sign teddy and cronk (with Chricton to be announced soon).

I know you didn't ask me but I couldn't resist putting my 2 cents in. I think it will be a poor decision by them if they do that. Unfortunately pearcy is not a leader of men (unless you want to speak about organising social events).

Your opinion is most welcome half-time. I also agree with you. It will be interesting to see how he goes there and especially so if made captain. The media spotlight will not be as bright out of Sydney though so it will be interesting to see how he balances his on field responsibilities with his socail life.

To be fair to Robbo, I think he was trying to see if the extra resonsibility would help change Mitch's outlook on balancing off field and on-field duties. It backfired badly unfortunately.

They don't have to many options.

This.. Look at their roster. No one screams captaincy material.

He might think he would deserve it as the highest paid but It could be the poison chalice for Pearce.

Could be ROC181. I think he needed a new start and we needed to move on to a different half. He is reborn at the Knights. But even if he 'finally' brains it, I still think we did the right thing for the club and for him.

Yeah well he got to say ‘I don’t want Farah’ whereas Pearce got told ‘we have signed Cronk, deal with it bro’.

Just read it. About time the club locked Keary up

Now that's most interesting. Are you able to put the approximate number of players in percentage terms please?
