Goalkicking???? Flash/Latrell/SST

I personally want Flash in the 17 only because he is the most reliable goal kicker we have. Won a few games last season where the difference was his boot. He really became more valuable in those games where we clocked off.

But watching SST during the WC, he has obviously improved enough to do the job. Being a forward though is gonna take it out of him (i know Fitzy did it but SST isn't anywhere near as good goalkicking wise). And I'm not confident in Latrell's boot.

Do we have Flash taking up a spot in the backline (and probably keep Manu out) or can SST kick at atleast 85% for the season?

a) What do you guys think we should do?

b) And what do you guys think Robbo will end up doing?

Flash will be cover for injuries. And that’s how it should be.

I think Flash will play centre, inside of Fergo.
I think SST will play front row, he was fu$king awesome yesterday.
Cronk can kick as well.
Mitchell will play left centre.

So we will have 4 goal kickers available, in that order..

His defence will make Fergo look like a champ. So I reckon right edge (D) will be Aubbo > Cronk > Fergo > Flash

Flash on the right wing and to kick goals...SST doesn't pay the full 80 to be available to kick all the time.

Wouldnt be suprised if manu walks if he doesnt get a jumper next year.Heap of clubs would look at him he will be a top class center when he gets the defense side of his game right.In fact he improved out of sight last year in defense his running game and step is first class should have played in that debacle of a game against the cows imo

If I were a betting man I'd call you on that JT. I don't see us ever going into a game without a high calibre dedicated goal kicker again after 2016, if everyone is available.

As far as Manu leaving goes, he is contracted till the end of 2018. If he "walks" he won't be playing at all. There is no question he will get games though, and if his defense is no better than last year, then good riddance.

You might be right hope so.Flash has lost a heap of pace i watched him get run down a few times last year been a good finisher in his day but dont look for any runaway trys from him anymore i would play latrell and manu in the centers,fergo and tupoe on the wings to catch cronks kicks.sst can take the conversions.im at a loss to see where flash fits in the backline, cover for injuries mabye,
