Teach who? Pearce and Friend ....fark me if those blokes dont know how to play by now then they should be moved on.
I actually wasn't really referring to you as a whinger but more some of the others on here, the same people that whinged when sbw joined but as soon as he pulled on our jersey they flipped and said he is the best thing since sliced bread.

Ash Taylor will be staying north of the border. You don't want another hodgo that will come here for a few years and then claim homesickness to go back to the border. Apparently lammie junior and O'Sullivan's kid are just as good and likely better prospects according to many within our club. I'd much prefer that Cronk mentor those young kids for a couple of years than friend or pearce. Plus we get the added bonus of being a serious challenger with cronk in our team. Imagine not having to watch those same old boring high bombs on the last from the halfway line on every set and not having to watch friend take the wrong option of going down the blind side on the last tackle when the defence outnumbers us on the blind side.

In saying that, I agree with Rooster Proud. Our need for a bigger and better front row is greater than our need for a 34 yr old halfback.
I agree with that too. We seriously lack depth in the front row/ lock position.

Yes our forward depth is not good. We release Evans, Guerra and Carter and don't replace with anyone. Obviously we are relying heavily on Radley, Lindsay, Butcher to step up. If we get an injury or 2 we are in deep trouble. I do rate Chris Smith. If given an opportunity I think he's an NRL standard player.

Yo definitely one or two of those fringe players needs to stand up and demand a place in the 17. That and one more forward might be okay. Napa and JWH have to be on notice. They were pretty soft in 2017. Napa was realz soft for a supposed tough guy/eforcer you know what Im sayin

I feel that Napa is too comfortable in the side and that he has cemented his spot. Hence the average performances since his one dominant performance 18 months ago.

Yep,and if his game does not show a huge improvement next season he needs to be shown the door,

before you start writing pearce off as a quality halfback juastdo a you tube search for his name , hes as quick as greased lightening and if any player bothers to run off him at speed he vfinds his mark, tough as teak, tackles like a demon wonder what he and flash might make of the centres? just another thought?

weve forgotten about our hairy Fijian prop at wyong, currently in the Fijian side, def worth another go in gfg and as a back upp for injuries wouldn't let us down

Agree SJ. I think Loni can cut it.

I agree with this, he runs hard and now that he's bulked up a little I think he'd make a really solid first grader.

I think he could be useful from the bench and be developed into a consistent NRL player more than say Collins who to me is a lightweight - Collins is only a fill in at best- showed not much over 2 years and only 2 bench games in NRL this year- not a NRL standard player in my view at all despite the love affair that some have on here with Collins.

I just can’t wait to see the blow up on here when MP kicks it dead from an attacking position whilst Cronk is beside him. Plus the abuse of Cronk the first time he kicks one dead. Going to be very entertaining on here.
