2018 NRL Draw...

I think it's great that the NRL are releasing it so much earlier than in recent years. Must be because they don't have to rely on input from the broadcasters because they've taken control of the draw.

I'll hopefully be making a return trip to Adelaide and this will give me plenty of time to organise cheap flights and accomm. The Chooks have automatically renewed my SA membership so we must be playing there again in 2018.

Wonder what game they will take to Adelaide ? nothing in the draw about it yet, the Gosford game against the Titans is there for the 26th May.

Noticed that as well - I suspect the Chooks will work that out over the coming weeks with those that matter at Adelaide Oval. Has to fit the timing in with the AFL games played there, and not sure if AFL draw has come out yet. Here's hoping that's sorted in the next month or two.

Yes so true, it is trade week in the AFL so the AFL draw hasn't come out yet, must be the first time the NRL draw was released in front of the AFL draw. Like you I am looking forward to a return trip to Adelaide if the dates are favourable.

I wouldn't mind the Storm game being transferred there again, even though it's on a Friday night. Travel to Adelaide on Friday, footy Friday night, markets and Adelaide sightseeing on Saturday, day tour of wineries Sunday, come home Monday. Works for me

I read somewhere they were taking 3 home games away in 2018- 1 to Adelaide and 2 to Gosford ?- Looks like only 2- only 25 rounds next year with 1 bye only - Game 2 of SOO will be a Sunday night game on that standalone weekend- no comp points allocated for that weekend.
