In a huge shock, Matt Scott has been named on an extended bench. The veteran prop hasn’t played since Round 2 and was thought to be out for the season with a knee injury. It remains to be seen if he’ll be fit to play.

A month ago I might have agreed, but he's been great of late. I think you have to keep Watto on the bench, and Zane picks himself, but Robbo might be tempted to pick Kane ahead of (a desperately unlucky) Matto.

Yeah Matto isn't going anywhere as he's the backline cover.

He was also great in the middle rotation when he played there earlier in the year.

I really don't see what value Kane brings to the team anymore. I certainly won't be missing him next year. And, I agree, there's no way Robbo is dropping Matterson for a fellow who can barely defend in the middle let alone potentially cover the extra space one or two spots wider from the ruck (in the event of an injury).

This game will be an arm wrestle - no weaknesses in their side and they have growing confidence in being able to grind out games too - been doing that for the past few months- have nothing to lose advancing so far when no one expected to them be in the 8 (until the Dragons lost) - The pressure will be on the Roosters to produce and perform.- Roosters can be the good, the bad and the ugly in the same game even the same 1/2- Yet to put in a 80 minute performance- so the time to start putting 80 minute performances in starts this game.- Forget about the last time we played them as they are a much better side this time around - we only beat them 22-16 in any case
