I think the agreement between NSWRL and Fox is that they televise 1 live ISP match per round. So they would choose which prelim best suits their scheduling. They had the Warriors/Newcastle match live last night after The Weekend Wrap which suited them better than the DragQueens/Dogs match which was on beforehand. If the other prelim is on at, say, 3pm, that would suit Fox better than 1pm I reckon, given there is no NRL match this Sunday.
