They copped the rough end of the pineapple the "sharkies" but you shouldn't always expect to get the smooth end. A suggestion for Flanno; have a look at the Roosters' penalty stats for the last ten years and then compare them to your team. Come back to me when you're ready."The price of freedom is eternal vigilance."

I really can't stand Flanagan. Him and Gallen have turned me right off the Sharks the last few weeks. They are like the Fonz, never wrong and will never admit that they got a lucky call. Gallen calling Cordner for not getting to his feet to play the ball did me. How's a guy supposed to get to his feet when the tackler won't let go of his legs?
I have a theory that Gallen's milked penalty against the Wests Tigers (When Teddy had a try disallowed because Woods touched Gallens jumper and he fell to the ground as if shot) has come back to bite him. Ref's are awake to his attempts to milk penalties so now they are less likely to give him the benefit of the doubt.

In some way victims to their own brain chemistry, probably some form of pathological narcissism, if not outright narcissistic personality disorder.

I saw Reynolds crying in front of me after the game and yelled out 'WHAT ARE YOU CRYING ABOUT?!?!? GO SAY SORRY TO COOPER YOU GRUB!!!' He looked up at me with a pretty broken looking face.

There are shelves of scientific and medical texts/books written about this.

Brilliant observation and explanation of them both. I read recently excerpts from a book by a ex CIA shrink about the narc personality disorder wherein it was his opinion that this " type " is just one step away from being a sociopath!!! The drugs.
The author also made comment, that when challenged by a truth or a grim reality they try to deflect by being a victim ( Hollywood stars , Clinton) focus on a other event to distract all. Such the case with Flanno and Gallen.
