If you kick down field & the ball go's over the dead ball line its a 7 tackle restart yes?
If you put a bomb up & 1 of your team knocks it out in the try zone or over the dead ball line its a 7 tackle restart yes?
If you put a grubber kick in & it go's over the dead ball line without being touched it's a 7 tackle restart yes?
Is there any other reasons why there is a 7 tackle restart?

It is a rule that needs to be changed. Too high a price to pay for attacking.

It should be a 7 tackle restart on the 20m only if the ball goes dead on the full.
