  • JWH good to go

Early guilty plea and he can play.

    Idiotic thing to do.

Sanity prevails. If the anti-Roosters brigade had their way, he would have been rubbed out for the rest of the season.

I'm surprised he got points. I thought a fine would have been sufficient.
The contact was very soft and JWH wasn't looking in his direction.

I wonder if something happened in the lead up to that, was pretty much out of the blue

            Points for that?

I'd challenge it. A nothing incident.

Nofoaluma - Grade 1 dangerous contact for his tackle on Matterson.

And the referee who was right there didn't even give us a penalty

But don't worry there'll be a clamp down on it now so expect the Broncos to benefit.

I dread these carry over points with the semis just around the corner. From now on just one minor indiscretion and you end up missing an all important finals match.
Wondering if its better to just take the hit now and miss a game before the semis and not have carry over points as the semis get underway ?

If JWH was to plead guilty how many games would he miss? Would be a better option to miss the last 1-2 games now than cop a suspension during the semis

Most so called experts on TV this morning were saying a fine would be sufficient, except for one (whose name escapes me) on Ch9 footy show inside the 10 segment said he deserved an immediate send off!!!!

                        Storm in a teacup.

How soft is this %#/$ game becoming?

I am glad JWH can play next week I was really worried the "morley syndrome" was going to apply and he was going to be crucified.
But saying that it was a deliberate elbow to the head. Had it be on one of our players we would have screaming the house down

I saw this talking head on tv yesterday who said the Roosters will be fine without JWH because they have other "big bodies" to replace him with like Kane Evans.
Wonderful insight we get off foxsports.
                            I'd be lost without them.

I can't believe that some hysterical "experts" (Andrew Moore and that bug-eyed idiot Riccio) thought he should have been sent off.
