He is nothing like RTS, Tedesco is a footballer, Sheck is a show pony.

Agree people thought RTS was going to be the greatest footballer of his generation that made me lol. He played at the back of a machine in the 2015 season, our pack was so awesome that year and we had weapons all over the park plus Maloney and Pearce playing well in the halves that season so he had time and space. But I think he is more of an gifted athlete who excels at footy. Teddy is a pure natural and instinctive footballer who looks like a star in a crap team. Whereas RTS while he has his moments has looked largely like crud in a crap team nothwithstanding the other 3 spine players are also the current New Zealand Test 9,7 and 6. Has Teddy ever had that luxury?

A few Tigers supporters who I was sitting with at tonight's game told me early in the game to watch what Teddy does and they said they think he will be close to the best player in the game when he plays for a strong club like us. I said to them "I hope so". they said "Don't worry barring a catastrophy like a career threatening injury he will." They also lamented how the Knights beat them to Connor Watson.

Injury prone is a misnomer, he had a lot of injuries when he first came into fg but he has been relatively healthy the past 2-3 seasons. I think the Tigers have learnt how to manage his rehabilitation from games a lot better in recent seasons.

I happen to notice in his run last night I think it was when he turned on the after burner to get past Matto his ankle/ foot looked suspect looked odd in his running style but nothing like Fergos foot action where he seems to go no drive extension that has changed his playing style into a winger.

I notice he was quite chummy with Pearce, Friendy and JWH at the RLPA meeting last night.

I bet he's jumping out of his skin to get here and play for Premierships.

After tonight, I'm in love with James Tedesco. I honestly thought he was a myth but that game showed he's a miracle on ice.

Yes, the way he changes direction in traffic is insane and would probably had a lot to do with his injuries in the past. It was the first time I have really watched him play live at the ground. He is like a gokart and gets to top speed very quickly, very awkward and that makes him hard to defend against.

I thought Fergo was pretty strong the other night. His break in the second half as he busted one or two tackles and looked a bit like 2015. But I agree the foot injury seems to have taken away his a lot of his power and confidence.
