watching the game and could not believe that the refs / video ref awarded this try. In the act of making the tackle on brown, Nappa was pulled off the tackle by Kelepi Tanginoa and in doing so obstructed Nappa. Correct me if i am wrong but an offensive player not in possesion of the ball can not touch a defender who is attempting to or tackling an offensive player with the ball. you see this happen 10 times every game especially when trying to prevent a player being taken into touch or forced in goal, yet the ref never polices this. Should have ben penalty to the roosters!

Not at all! we were out played. However i can not believe that the refs and video refs missed this.

we were poor from just before half time to fulltime- be making up the numbers in the finals based on this form - Manly made ground at will in their sets of six during this period and they could not stop them - very very poor options close to the line in attack - rudderless and no patience to sustain required pressure - Storm will put 50 on them on that form

I think a lot of teams are making up the numbers, storm should be favourites, but one bad game in the finals and you could be out.

my question is, take the storm out of the equation, who is the next best at the moment? Parra is the form team of the 8 for mine, enthusiastic and some pretty tough forwards, good halves with plenty of confidence, and a few decent backs.

I didn't watch the game but that's the point I get to. The refs get some right and some wrong. Injuries are just part of the season.

Premiership winning teams don't care about injuries and bad decisions, they focus on getting the job done. We were up 18-4 and STILL lost... clearly our eyes were on something oher than the win. If we wanted to win, we coulda done it.

If you don't see it you can't possibly rule on it. That's refereeing 101.

Probabky wouldnt have changed the result... but might be the difference in a closer game.

You can't look at the final score and just subtract the try.

That was a disgraceful decision. Totally wrong.

Now has Archer made a statement yet - or is that only when we allegedly win off a forward pass?

I was dirty that none of our guys seem to have questioned it on the field. Maybe has to do with both captains being out.

But at the end of the day it was so blatant they shouldn't have to.
