Calm your farm and cool your tool.

I hate origin more than most, but kinda feel proud that one of our own has risen to captain of the state.
I reckon Boyd would value our club more than all this sarcasm indicates.

I'd rather he didn't play against the cows , and reaps the benefits in a few weeks.

So much hate. Who cares? Let him get himself right. We're second on the ladder. Every week someone on this forum says this week is a must win game. Feel sorry for the plebs from 6-12 if that's the case. Let him have as many off as he needs so long as he's full strength come finals time.

All that is fine but it's painfully obvious that he shouldn't have played Origin III.

Yes every now and then young men make bad decisions - chance to captain your State to win a series after knowing a game ago your team should have nailed them.

For me it wasnt a moment of selfishness but a sense of loyalty and commitment to his team.

It was a wrong decision made for all the right reasons, unfortunately.

He has always given us the same commitment and loyalty.

disappointed he cant play - get sorted and lets go on an end of season charge at all that stand in our way.

The word was he was rested last week due to a heavy workload, seems that was probably BS. My anger was related to that.

Agreed... glad he's got the Origin experience and that he'll be 'right to kick some butt in the finals.

Problem is our for and against is the worst in the top 5 so we could very easily drop out of the top four.

With you on this one, but it's going to be a similar situation every season now he's NSW captain. Unfortunately.

If we slip from 2nd to outside the 4 in the last 6 rounds it'll be hard to single out cordner as the blame. We've done the hard work this year. Let him have a rest for a real shot at the trophy. Hopefully the storm decide to play Smith and slater. It'll bite them.
