  • Refs cost us

First try to bunnies in 2nd half off a phantom knock on by us - 6points

BS penalty infront of stick - 2 points

Better team lost... first time this year I felt we were clearly more dominant and were the better team yet lost

I only just watched a replay and lost that game for ourselves, 4 tries to 3, bombed try after bombed try in the 1st half, farken hospital pass from MItchell to Butterfingers FPN on the 3rd tackle with 5 to go, we gave the game away, the refs cost us nothing, we should be been 20 up

Agreed, I could see it coming and was screaming at the TV set.

Dumb, dumb, dumb. I don't care how much spark he gives us, you don't throw a tired forward a pass an inch from three defenders when the game is on the line.

To be honest, Frank Paul had his best game in AGES.

Much like last week we had enough opportunities to win by a cricket score. I don't blame the refs.

I cann;t say the refs cost us, but i can say there were opportunities taken by the refs to allow $ouff$ an advantage which correlated to points on the score board.

              That aside..

Refs in general, i would like to ask, where is the focus on the refereeing at the moment?

At the start of the year, it was on the ruck, playing the ball with the foot and playing the ball on the mark, along with the Scrum.

has that gone by the wayside? have the focus on those rules been shifted to something else??????

Despite the fact that Souths scored after the "phantom" knock-on, we can't blame the refs... We still had more than a handful of opportunities to win the game!!
                    Very frustrating

Carney hit high infront of the posts... no penalty - another 2 points gone...

wrong ref decisions affected the scores dramatically in souffs favour

Refs had a shocker tonight but our season has been down the drain for a long time.

Interesting how that was COMPLETELY missed yet SKD gets pinged for a BS high tackle on that farkwit sandoo.
Whilst the refs certainly played their part in assisting the vermin, the idiots wearing RW&B were able assistants in their own demise.

Watching Burt's penalty in the Parra v Penrith game, put bad reffing into perspective.

They have abandoned the early season rules in the ruck area as a result of the ridculous outcry over people coming it a the ball carriers legs when being held upright by the defence yet still trying to move forward with their legs Now when this is happening the referees are now calling held like they did last year This ensures we see no peole tackling around the legs when others are hoilding them up top

Seriously the outcry over this is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard Put in perspective people are outraged over someone coming in to tackle soebody around the legs to bring them to the ground Mind boggling really

Finally the better team lost last night
