We saw in the Storm game how crucial goal kicking is so the plan imo should.be to play Gordon on the wing for 2018 and plan ahead to replace him with a goal kicking winger for 2019 onwards.

No mention of that as Parra upped the offer as desperate to sign him to replace Ruds who is very unlikely to return from French Rugby-Parra offer is 550-600k- Roosters offer 400k- Fergo offered 750-800k by the Dragons - Roosters offered 450k - go figure where they will go based on money alone as contract length the same.

Gordon has been re-signed as either one or two of Toops/Fergo will be leaving -Not very smart to say oh he has been signed as a back up and will play mostly reggies- Goal Kicking alone he will play NRL in 2018.
