Yep I was thinking same thing. Last nights loss looked very Roosters like and Roosters led.

Boyd torn calf confirmed. Anyone know the recovery time? I think Pearce had one last year, took ages to heal.

in origin3 qld will do it for Thurston, nsw will do it for Boyd

We have the bye post Origin III and the Knights the week after so I'd give Boyd a nice 5 week break until our Rnd 21 clash with the Cowboys.

PeeGee interesting point whilst i am not a big fan of the impact of SOO has on our premiership campaign, however if our key leaders Cordner and Pearce can win the decider it sets our leadership group in a position to win big competitive games.

Losing the second half of last nights game and potentially the decider triggers the self doubt levers

With Cordner it Depends on the severity of the calf tear - Grade 1 - 2 to 4 weeks - Grade 2 - 4 to 8 weeks and Grade 3 - 3 to 4 months or longer if surgery required

Don't know if there has been a further update on Cordner's injury but he will miss the Sharks game I suggest and be in the frame for SOO 3 if all goes well with rehab. since they say it's the lower end of scale - Grade 1 IF that's what they are referring too - 2 to 4 weeks for Grade 1's- Apparently he also has an Rib Injury too which is being managed.
