I am over people complaining about clubs not being loyal to players. It's business and if you agree to play for a sum then you should play for that sum.
Farah from the tigers, barba from the broncos, myles is about to be pushed out of manly, kasiano has been pushed out of the dogs, all because their clubs dont want to pay them anymore.

How can the clubs push them Kasiano and Myles out if the have contracts, just a question. Wouldn't those clubs have to pay those contracts out ?

Nobody is "pushed out". If they have a contract they are entitled to stay for the duration of the contract. The decision for a player to leave before the end of a contract must be mutual between player and club.

They should be able to get a raise and players in the club that aren't putting in should fund it 😉
e.g someone like Tetevano could take some of Guerras money, that would create competition 😅😅

NRL players are paid WAY less than they deserve compared to other sports at elite level like soccer and baseball - and their bodies are punished much harder than other sports. The fulltime professional nature of NRL means they do not develop other careers - it's hard to start again at the age of 30 with no training in anything else.

But you can't expect an upgrade when you have signed a contract.

Explore your options or play reserve grade. If you play reserve grade your value drops because everyone knows you want out. simple as that.

You really think clubs are so nice they wont offer smaller contracts to players they know are desperate?

No problem with them asking for an increase. Provided that they will take a decreased salary if their form is poor

i wonder what would happen if you gave every player the same starting salary but also paid a bonus payment the following week based on performance?

It would at least put an end to players being paid top dollars for 3-4 seasons on the back of one good one. If you are consistently good, you would consistently be paid well. Might also be an interesting way of sidestepping the cap in some way?

It's probably a crap idea but just putting it out there.

Sure supply and demand plays a part.
