    Roosters v God

    So now all of a sudden Hoppa can play on Sundays "after a request from the club".

    Will be interested to read the comments from the media who thought he was so courageous and principled to not play Sunday's because of his beliefs.

    Maybe we are the devil?

      Hahaha......looking forward to the backflips from the media.

      I suspect contract negotiations may have something to do with it plus the fact the Dogs need all troops on deck to beat one of their arch rivals.

      Money vs God, I suspect Hoppa may have chosen money but he doesn't want that to get out.

        Of course, he is playing for a contract now.

        If he suffers injury on Sunday the headlines on Monday will be interesting. Obviously I hope he doesn't.

            Won't play on Sunday until it becomes a case of looking to get a contract for 2018. Money obviously supersedes religion.

                              It's striking that so many people (incl. me) have little time for religion nowadays. Probably because of better education.

                              Go back not that long ago and saying things like that would make you an outcast in your own family.
