This is actually a good revival of an old thread. Robbo was sorely missed when he left. This year should be very interesting.

A lot of us have been on this for ages...........and Cowboy mad was constantly reminding us of it as well LOL

We need at least 2 boppas doing this consistently, to be a threat imo.

it has to be our two starting props. especially kennedy. he is the worker. if kennedy isnt making 20+ tackles a game and 100+ metres a game, he isnt doing his job. JWH should go close as well

              Friends,

The reason our forwards do not run for 100m under Brian "Smithy" Smith's coaching tenure was because of his tactic of utilizing the outside backs to take the ball forward for the first two or three tackles per set.

Yep! I'll go as far to say that his tactics made our forwards disinterested.

A forward should NEVER get the ball flat footed.

Smithy preferred 'a forward should never get the ball'... Flat footed or other wise. Lol

same here mate. i was at the roosters vs bulldogs round 26 game last year. i sat surrounded by bulldogs fans seeing as hardly any roosters fans were there anyway. and even though bullwogs fans have a reputation for being dirty, it didnt stop me from giving perret shit every time he missed a tackle or made a dud run out of dummy half.
