  • Watching the dragqueens tonight

I know Thurston is missing tonight for the Cows but watching the Dragons play the way they are tonight makes me really nervous about next round. I will be at the game and hate losing to the Dragons on Anzac day.

I hate the Bunnies the most but that is closely followed by the Dragons.
If they play like they are tonight then we lose.

The game's still going and it's half-time, no?

I get what you're saying, they do look fast and aggressive but the opposition isn't aiming up at all. No Thurston,Scott ,Coote and Morgan is playing like he's injured.

Very true. One thing about the Dragons this year is that all their forwards run hard, fast and make plenty of metres.

When I looked just after halftime , the Cows had 36% of the ball and a completion rate of 30%.

They have forwards who are aggressive and can punch through the line. Frizzel, Vaughan and even Packer looks good. I am jealous.

They look dangerous from 1 to 17 (and Dugan is injured). They do everything at 100%, spread it early with amazing superfast ball movement. BTW, their big forwards run at 100 miles per hour. They will be keen to smash us.

We need to control the ruck and stop their quick play-the-balls. We'll need to do a cronulla/storm on them. (with a clear game plan)

                  Sounds so easy............

I was thinking that no team with Mcrone at halfback would win anything but then i realised i thought the same thing about a team with Townsend.

Dragons played a great first half but rubbish in the second, hopefully they bring their second half form against us. Although they did defend well in the final 10.

You'll know not to bother turning up if they give the game to Cummins or Badger.

I much prefer Carter to Watson in our side but I think Watson would be the better inclusion for Anzac day. Dragons defence structure had a massive problem containing Pongas speed. Hopefully we can expose that. Cordner running at mcrone will be good to watch.
