I'm still not sold on Up Up the Nulla. They did play well but Canberra couldn't have played much worse, especially in the second half. I will bet my left nut you won't see another score line like that against the Raiders this season. As much I rate Hodgo down there, it's clear they are missing Crokers leadership and involvement.

Ha - my favourite part of the weekend was seeing Broncos get beaten, then see them complain about golden point, the refs (although they won the penalties 7-3), injuries .......
There's a reason why the young and idealistic become the old and cynical.
      It's called experience.

Cronulla are a good, tough, disciplined outfit. I wonder how much gas is left in the tanks of guys like Gallen, Lewis, Heighington and co though

And the back office is coming apart. Today in the paper it was reported that Fulton's daughter was sacked and may sue the club. Also that Fulton will try to get her reinstated.

Manly are a rabble and will be for some time.

However, I am with Thirteen. I was ready to sleep with Zorba when they were up 12-0. I was shattered they lost in the end.
From 2008 to 2013 Manly were the toughest team in the comp so playing halfback for them in that time would have been pretty good.
When you take out King Kite Perry Ballin Watmough Hall Horo & especially Glen Stewart & they dont get replaced by hard arse players then playing halfback is not so good. He is the same player but he no longer plays behind a tough arse pack.

They are but IMO the toughest team in the comp this year is Parra. And the RD 10 clash Roosters v Eels will be a ripper, Sunday arvo at Allianz.
Brad Arthur has assembled a very tough forward pack which allows Cory Norman to beat teams on his own.
Cory Norman will get the Dally M player of the year this year.
