NRL and ground officials will investigate an ugly brawl that marred the end of the Roosters-Bulldogs clash at Allianz Stadium on Thursday night.
Fans tweeted images and posted comments from the game, revealing there was a fight between rival fans about 10 minutes out from fulltime.
Host broadcaster Channel 9 made mention of the brawl during its coverage.
There is no news at this stage as to what sparked the fight but an investigation will be launched.

I'm only a bronze family pass holder but i will never attend any games when we play the dogs. It's simply not worth it when you have two young daughters, their supporters just cannot help themselves. Also I'm sorry but when it comes to the dogs it's not the minority, they're putrid supporters.

Once I went to the a game. The 2010 we got flogged. Took the family, being my ex and the daughters, some silly adolescent bulldogs supporters made a disgrace of themselves in front of us being vulgar and all that. They were little wannabees and I had 4 females with me including my youngest who was just 6 at the time so no point getting into a verbal or worse with them. My eldest was at the time 13 and liked both Dogs and Chooks, strange kid at the time. Needless to say after that game she was 100% Roosters even though we got 60 points put on us and Martin Kennedy did his best impersonation of a Timmy Cahill winner lol.
