Anyone who has not seem hiom play, go to youtube and look at 1974/75 highlights. He's the one with the broken nose, moustache and powerful strides. What a player. I remember a game under jack Gibson where Harris tapped the ball and threw a gridiron pass to the winger on the other side of the field. I remember when my dad & pop used to take my brother & I into the sheds after the games at the Sports ground to get autographs from the players & that I was scared to ask Mark Harris for his autograph because he was such a thick set big ugly looking guy. But when he was on he could certainly play.

Our greatest post-war centre?
I've heard great things about John Brass too.
Perhaps Latrell and Fergo have the potential to be our best and most devastating centre pairing since those two.

I might bit biased, but I still have Brass and Harris as the centre pairing in my best Easts team.
Harris , on his day was untouchable, although his hands could let him down a bit.
It was a "maloney-like" decision to let him play for the Bears.
He should've been the first Easts player to 200 games.
