Everyone knows it's too early to say who's going to win the comp and you have to take all predictions with a pinch of salt.
Still, nice to get a little vote of confidence.

Between us, the Cowboys and the Storm for me.

Panthers, Raiders, Warriors, sharks and Eels to round out the 8.

Tommy said we'd finish above the Sharks last year.

That along with all the other premature dribbling you see him write should be enough to never take anything he says seriously again.

              In this particular order...

              Storm
              Cowboys
              Roosters
              Warriors
              Panthers
              Manly
              Raiders
              Sharks

I think the Warriors will have a great season, but if only if RTS stays on the paddock for at least 80% of the season. He looks to have stepped his game up another level after watching their trial against the Titans. His ball playing at the line is now top shelf. I'll back him in for Dally M. Closely followed by Pearce with any luck.

Nobody else thinks the Cowboys might struggle without Tamou and Hannant and with Scott getting older and carrying injuries?

Not everyone can be Nostradamus and I often agree with Tommy.

It's noted that Penrith are on the top line of betting for the premiership with Melbourne. I personally wouldn't pick either of them.

It does give me some hope that there is no standout as far as I am concerned.

I do. Though Thurston is a genius.

In fact, the more I look at it I am thinking we are as good a chance as anyone - even without an out and out superstar on board.

RTS is definitely the key for them. Let's hope he goes seriously off the boil.

I think this will more than likely be one of the closest seasons on record. Apart from the Knights and Dragons, just about anyone could get up.

Manly, Dogs and Souffs are no chance for a start.

I wouldn't write off the Dogs. Dessie can do wonders with that side. He can also stuff them royally.

Manly, two words Trbojevic and Trbojevic. Massive X factors. They will go better than expected as long as DCEs head doesn't get in the way.

Souffs- who gives a rats? Really! They will be a contender if the NRL choose them to be and we all know what happened last time they legged them.

A kiss of death worthy of Lou Richards in his prime.
