Haven't been to Adelaide for about 18 years so this is good reason to go, will be interesting to see how Adelaide Oval is, also to see the pandas at Adelaide zoo and visit some of the wineries. Just wish it wasn't in the middle of winter though, lol.Last edited by horrie hastings; 02-16-2017, 12:36 PM.

Ill be there - accommodation booked and will book airfare this week. Hoping I have enough QFF points to pay for it. Taking a few days off and going on Thurs and returning Mon. Always enjoy Adelaide and haven't been there for a few years. The Roosters have an Adelaide pack so I might have a look at that as a friend will be in Adelaide at the same time so might go to the game as well. Footy and wineries - two of this Chook's fave thingsA nice midyear break from work.
Looking forward to going to Adelaide Oval to watch the game. It looks like a fantastic ground from what I've seen by watching other sports play there.Supporting the RW&B, through good times and bad times.

I'm hoping the footy is a better experience than being thrashed by Nth Qld in Darwin. If that didn't put me off travelling to watch the Chooks, nothing will!

I go to Adelaide quite a bit and it's a great ground to watch cricket and AFL.
It's more of a traditional oval shaped ground so might not be too bad watching rugby league.
I'd suggest going for a few days so you can head up to the Barossa, only an hours drive.Born and bred in the eastern suburbs.
