Hi all;

I've been busy o/s. Can anyone shed some light on the Copley situation? Is he goneski? 2017 or 2018. Sorry, but I've got no idea.

Last I heard the Titans were chasing him.................

Conor is the one wearing the hat in that close up picture. Pretty easy to tell it is him by his eye lashes imo lmao. The one guy who I can't find to be is that guy with the long hair ? Looks to be training pretty hard there. One of those off season fringe recruits I'm assuming??

like R6 said that's Brendan Santi, not surprising he's working hard, he's a very good trainer and a workhorse lock. should be decent injury cover.

We are still trying to offload him and the Titans are still interested, just not at the price we want. Could be a late transfer, every month that goes by he is effectively cheaper. Might not happen until early in the season proper though a lot would depend on both clubs injury situation if it drags on into the season.

Thanks for that. It's just that I haven't seen or heard anything on the main roosters website. I wonder if he's training with the team and if he's still a chance of playing. Must be hard on him otherwise ??

I'm the odd one out here as I couldn't care less about these pre season pictures, they mean absolutely nothing. Also judging what shape players are in by a single photo is ridiculous.

a picture says a thousand words. but our pictures say nothing.hmmmm. by what i have seen by these pictures is that Matto has done quiet abit of gym time during the off season. his chest and biceps are larger than last year.

Chest and biceps look good, but have next to nothing to do with Rugby League performance. Legs,core ,flexibility and strength in the hips are a more important guide. Obviously along with ability and attitude.
I just don’t get what these pre season pics show us apart from the boys have got a good tan in the offseason and in singlets their biceps look good.
I know it will never happen but would love to see individually their strength and fitness results against previous seasons
