      They can afford it??
Well then why the f ask for donations??
      Something is amiss here??

This is a Steve Noyce idea and it is a really bad one in a crap year.
      He is a clueless buzzard.
Trying to find a carcass in Campbelltown is not the same as oiling the wealthy in Bondi.

      Bad image.

Steve "Beaker/Max Headroom/Carrottop" Noyce is turning out to be an unmitigated disaster as a C.E.O.

Like Jack Gibson said, you need to get the head office right before a team can improve.

Noyce is a leap backwards - Bring back Brian Canavan.

The trouble is Mario is that you are a yes man. No chance of improvement in a place where YES men are present. Any decent CEO will tell you that.

I don't see a problem with it. I have no problems with investing in the club and if this equipment gives us an edge over the competition then what's the problem?

At least i can say i support this club regardless of the result, unlike yourself.

I don't see the problem with the chance to donate. It is a choice after all. It's not a requirement.

It's like all the other pleas you get in the mail to support one cause after another. You either bin them or you don't.

Personally, I'd rather donate to a cause where I know where the money is going than to a charity where you have no idea where your money goes.

Many of the charities constantly crying poor never tell you where your money is giong - it could be buying new office furniture for all you know or a trip overseas for some nuffie, rather than going where it's actually needed.

I know I don't donate to many of our biggest charities after some of the things Ive heard about how they manage their donations.

As far as getting value for your donation, you have more chance at the Roosters than many other charities. As I said, at least you know what you're donating to.

That's what the elephant thinks of the Rooster's performance against Newcastle.
