  • The Jersey does make a difference

Saw some pictures and footage of Luke Keary n a Roosters Jersey.
Boy does he look different. He looks like a normal human being not some little gimp.
Amazing what a change in jersey can do
The Internet is a place for posting silly things
Try and be serious and you will look stupid

He looks like a humannow lets see if he can play like a footballer
Two things are infinite: the universe and human stupidity; and I'm not sure about the universe

He is only a small bloke Luke Keary. I dont know if he is up to playing 5/8 in defence. If I was the opposition team I would send plenty of traffic his way.

That's always been my worry - he always seems to go down after legit hits and then tries to milk penalties. Since 2014 the refs don't seem to have been as kind about awarding them.

I always got angry when JWH hit him square, dominated him and then got penalised for nothing other than hurting the little guy. I'd always be screaming 'it's a contact sport!!!! It's not a penalty just because JWH is bigger than him and he can't handle being hit by him!!!!'

Now that he's in RWB I'm optimistic that he can achieve more. Maloney's tiny (smaller than my wife) and he has no issues (well, except defence). So I'm optimistic that Keary will deliver what we are after.

Keary seems really happy to be here (from his interview), and when asked 'are you happy that you don't have to go away with the gladiator again this year?' he seemed pretty happy that he'll be training rather than getting cliche pep talks by a guy who knows nothing about footy.
