That doesn't mean we can't be sad she has passed too young - especially when she had children.

But I can't cop people who act like someone becomes a saint just because they died and all sins are forgotten.

Maybe I worded it wrong as a journalist and muck racker she will not be missed in the slightest imo she wrote and published a hell of a lot of crap based on rumour that impacted heavily on people's lives, I did not know her as a person and of course family and friends will mourn her loss, it is sad when anyone passes from that terrible disease, my apologies if it offended anyone

Yep what you said. Condolences and thoughts for her family but death does not change who she was or what she did.

IF you are an RU bigot or an AFL nut or generally disliked RL then you would love her work. I can't remember many times at all when I agreed with her and she showed a distinct lack of class many times as a journalist. As a mother and wife I got the opinion it was different and I feel for her family.
But as JT says celebrating her as a journalist is just too hard.
