I think many options came into the decision including who we could keep if we let him go.. Someone had a decision to make and clearly it was a wrong call..

Where my problem is with our management is their obsession with Pearce.. I said this last year there was not much wrong with Hastings AND Maloney. Pearce and Hastings had never been tested when the decision was made. Hastings as backup hooker wasn't bad either..
We said everything about Pearce's behaviour but he never rewarded the club for sticking with him over the games best kicker. Even under Joey, Pearce is not improving.

This is my major issue.
