What Brain said but I would sack more than half of the dudes right now if there was some decent enough players on the market.

But I would replace Guerra, Fergo, Evans (if he is not injured) and Tupou with players from the Women's 7s Rugby team in an instant.

I would release Moa and try to get Matagi back in the front row.

I'd sign Tooves as an assistant coach, throw a shitload of money at Keegan Smith to give up the hippy lifestyle. Turk and Kingbilly as recruitment officers lol and invest in a old fashioned double barrel shotgun lol.

With some better luck and form, I reckon we can maybe sneak into the 8, but I heavily doubt it. It's a sorry set of affairs and there's no quick fix to 'being a shyte team'.
