Tore his hammy playing for Wyong back in June.

Yeah tore it in his first game for Wyong, which was a shame because he was really carving up before he went off. He had hoped to be back by now and to hopefully get a few more FG games by the end of the season, but I guess it still hasn't come good. He's been doing all the promo in the community and all that shiz instead

Coaching staff have a big call to make with him in the off-season. I hope they back him. I think they will.

Still think Nikorima has a big future. Think he would do well outside Pearce. Hope roosters persist with him.

I'm certain we'll want to persist with him.

I just hope he wants to persist with the Roosters.

            But I doubt it, unfortunately.

His brother Kodi is a gun and off-contract.

I think the Storm are front runners to sign him. He'll play in the halves alongside Cronk.

he came back from his hammy strain in NYC about a month ago, copped a concussion and hasn't been heard from since.

not sure if he would be willing to sit around behind Keary/Watson next season

I cannot see Nikorima ever playing first grade again at the Roosters, I think common sense will prevail & he will be moved on.

                    Agreed.

He's a gun, showed glimpses of great talent.

Has a better all round game then Watson, but just was not ready.

You sure he didn't do it riding at Wyong races?

I hope they persist with him too, I definitely think it's the right thing to do. I'm just not sure where he's going to fit into the team atm, but I hope they find a spot for him in the future. You don't sign a kid to come play in the 20s for $200k a season to leave him in Wyong or not have big plans for him in the future, especially when you've been pegged as even more talented than your older brother who has been carving up at brisbane
