To an extent he is right though,sugar coating shit in press conferences does nothing, singling out individuals like Hastings and Moa whilst not acknowledging Guerra, Fergo and Copley have been shit house is crap. If you are holding some blokes accountable whilst protecting others it divides the team and screws the morale in and around the club.

This is why I like the signing of Gordon. He's going to put pressure on all the outside backs along with Manu after another pre-season under his belt.

The forwards did not put in or have a go and gave up very early in the game which was dissapointing.
Maybe JWH's return next week may put some respectability.
I would say that most of them have a bad 3 year hangover ...gotta remember to be on top of the table 3 years running youve got be the best defensive team in the comp takes a massive effort I reckon its taken a toll on them . Some forwards who have been woeful like Guerra , Nappa , Moa , Maubs just may need a much needed break...who knows but thats what it looks like to me.
