  • Fergo's best position is FB

I think Fergo's best position is fullback. Our defence looks more organised and he can involve himself in attack a lot more.
His bomb taking is still heart-attack material, but that will improve over time.

Whats going on with Fergo and Toops, a lot of times when they run the ball they get it stripped in one on one tackles, or when they make a tackle, ( rare inToops case ) , they fall off the tackled player, and let him up to run again.

He did look comfortable last night.

Not convinced with Fergo in any position. Note his foot action when he runs. Totally spaz, notably his right. No drive at all.

We are a lot better off defensively with Fergo out of the line.

I dont think his best position is FB, I think his best position is centre like last year.
Who ever plays FB is much more involved in the game but I still think Mitchell should be playing there.

I can. I dont rate him.
I think Mitchell should be FB next season especially having this season under his belt & I think SKD & Toups should be the wingers so I cant work pout why the Roosters have bought him.

I loved Fergo's double pump try assist for Copley. That was class and I didn't know he had it in him.

He's certainly a better fullback than Mitchell atm whose passes generally end up in row Z ala Finchy, and defensively he might as well be sitting behind the posts with the fans.

But he's only just turned 19. He still has a world of improvement in him no doubt.

I like him not being in the front defensive line.

It's quite funny that since we have gone out and purchased a FB and 5/8, that 2 players have now put their hands up to own those positions!

I reckon he would've been sh*tting himself round 1 and this effected his performance at FB.

He's now brimming with confidence after playing for Australia and NSW and there is no pressure seeing our season is over.

He gives me a heart attack every time a bomb goes up.

At least he left the forklift at home last night! A much better showing from Fergo.

Gordon will end next year with Wyong unless we have injuries
