3 wins all season. Basically full strength. Sharks ripe for the picking, and what do we get??

Mistake after mistake, basic right edge defence mistake after mistake. Limited structure through the middle and no answer other than throw a kick up and hope like Matterson did. That's our plan?

Since the coach is untouchable who is to blame? Who sets the structure, the defensive pattern and the game plan?

If it's not TR who exactly is responsible? Just asking as gee we have won 3 games all season...

Just a question is our roster and injuries better or worse than the Titans. Answer that question honestly and its food for thought..,

Pretty simple. We're a dumb football team this year with plenty of inexcusable mistakes i.e kick-off out on the full, Guerra & SKD's continually coughing up the ball and our perennially poor & predictable last tackle option.

Well Trent singled out Watson in the presser as making a few mistakes (while complimenting his youthful energy, of course).

Funny how he always wants to throw one of the rookies under the bus with backhanded compliments and patronising "youngsters make mistakes" bullshit when talking to the media, but has not once mentioned Ferguson's disgusting form and school boy defence, Guerra's complete lack of interest, or Friend's continuously poor decision making and leadership.

Do we need an excuse? I know shyte coaches aren't allowed to say 'this is a rebuilding year' but I honestly think it is in the most literal sense.

We won 3 minor premierships. To stay on top we implemented a youth policy. Our kids ALL have the goods in attack and you can be sure that our current kids are ALL going to play a lot of 1st grade in the future (in particular Latrell, Matterson and Manu).

- When we're winning the haters are gonna say 'you cheated... you bought that team!!!'
- When we're losing, haters will say 'what's your excuse? There's no such thing as a building season... you suck!'

Haters gonna hate. This season has been rough!!! But I actually quite liked watching the game tonight. Lots of promising signs in attack... coupled with even more poor defensive reads. We almost got over the line! Almost.

Every week a team has to win and a team has to lose. Just because this isn't our year, it doesn't mean I have to make up excuses. All I can say to those asking for excuses is 'what's your solution then sm@rt@rse? You got a better plan for us? Maybe you should replace Robbo if you think you're the shizzle...'

I haven't seen the press conference, but if TR did say that about Watson and failed to mention the other repeat offenders then I've lost a little respect for him! Watson was tryin his guts out and actually produced something that gave me hope for the next 5 years , which is not the same feeling I've had from our so called captain whose form and decision making has been mediocre at best this year, and I've heard him point the finger at team mates in pressers which is very poor for a captain .

crapley killed us in defence, dylan who. did he even play last night. wattos 2 short ball passed to hard to skids and napa, they were all turning points in the game which lead to tries. simple stuff really. 6 times this year the shire have conceeded more than 20 points. not a bad effort by us in attack but the D is gawn. our fringe is soft and i have to say crapley is just that. he let in10 points all by himself

Well said Ism22 - I agree 100%.
I would love nothing more than winning every game that we play, but it ain't gonna happen!
So we just have to take the good with the bad, and keep things in perspective.
This season is about development and reviewing who to keep and who to get rid of, and hopefully build something special for the future
