The odds are disappointing to say the least.

I can see us beating the Sharkies. They are flying and would be full of confidence after beating Penrith without some of their stars. Their success against us in recent years could also lead to complacency. I feel they'll turn up without much intensity and we'll get them.

However I'm really scared about the Storm game and we are just as likely to catch the Broncos either desperate for a win, or building some confidence after happening to win 1 or 2 of their next games.

I've got s feeling the sharks and storm may start resting players pretty soon. Especially against a mob like ours.

Big call to say we can beat the Sharks. They have a lot of options and confidence in attack. It'd be nice but realistically our defence would have to improve massively for it to happen.

If we come close to beating any of those three, I'll drive a cement truck to Bill Harrigan's house and offer to redo his driveway and send the invoice to Bob Fulton.

3 games in 11 days is really poor planning. Is player welfare for real or is it just lip service? Imagine if we were still in the running for the top 4 and we were facing that schedule. Very poor from the NRL once again

On paper we are just as good as the Sharks. They have us at fullback and 5/8, but that's it.

Quite remarkable then that they've won 13 in a row when we've lost 13.

                    What a weird season.

It comes down to attitude and expectations. We are not playing as a team for each other. We look leaderless.

Broncos were pretty hard done by also. They've got 3 in 11 days also and during the origin period. Bennett was very concerned about the welfare of his players

I would take their dummy half and Wingers over ours too in a heartbeat.

The sharks have the ultimate mix. Youth and speed. Old hard heads and leaders. Quality ball players. Skill. Players in form. Excellent defence, quality offence, and hunger for their 1st premiership.

A bit different to us I reckon.

Plus I reckon that the NRL will piggy back this team to a premiership. The only Sydney based club not to have one.

                            Next year, Warriors.
