I don't think we should underestimate how much hard graft the players must have put in to win 3 minor premierships in a row. Now take away the quality that we have lost and it's not all that surprising to me that we are not at the races this season. I am prepared to give some of the players the benefit of the doubt and hope that next season with a few fresh faces, we will be competitive enough to at least make the 8.

Realistically they had 2 origin players out and were playing one of the best teams in the comp. Corey Parker is a Brisbane man, the Roosters were competitive all night against Parra and the defence let them down mainly because Latrell is only 19 years old and has a bit to learn. Cordner should be the Captain starting from next week. This team needs to stick together, work hard and eventually they will understand how to win close games. So good to see Toup's have a blinder!

Did he ? I didn't notice much other than a few well timed leaps. Suppose he didn't get rag dolled to much, If that's having a blinder than the bar is set very very low.

The Roosters are either the best team in the comp or they are the worst team in the comp. No other team go's from one extreme to the other like the Roosters do.
