We had 3 genuine chances of scoring last night but we fluffed all of them. Toups dropping the ball close to the line, Pearce stepping back on the inside and offloading to friend who spills it with a gap in front of him & Skd's forward pass to a runaway Ferguson. I'm sure there was probably 1 or 2 more half chances we could and should of converted into points. If only.

Just watched the highlights on the NRL site, even though Tupou should have caught the ball the Canterbury fullback was in position to have possibly halted Tupou or put him over the side line, Tupou may have scored but he may have been stopped too 50/50 chance for me.
The other two were definitely bombed, Friend spilling the ball from Pearce then the woeful pass from SKD to Ferguson, that one was heartbreaking because it was great play and it was totally butchered.Comment
