Another horrible coaching performance from Brian, was very obvious after the first set all we had to do was work over the middle and we'd win comfortably but no the spastics run wide time after time without any kind of messege out there to RUN UP THE FARKING MIDDLE.

Our halves let the team down again,we had a great start & seemed to have no direction after that.Maybe it is the coaches game plan,I was proud of our pack they showed alot of ticker,except for Riddell.The refs call's left alot to be desired,they laid the platform for the Storm.

I know it's hit us hard more than other teams so he does have an agenda but I tend to agree with him.

I want smith to see out 4 years just to break the cycle of sacking the coach but with Uncle nick off the NRL board now I find it hard to see what will occupy him other than fiddling at Bondi now that he cant harangue Gallop all day

Don't those defending Smith find it a little odd that all of us on the Chookpen, us armchair, know-it-all critics, can see what we're doing wrong, can see how sideways we play, can see our lack of structure, can see how mind bogglingly dumb a side we are, yet nothing changes?

Don't you find it odd that a man who has spent as long in the business as Smith has, produces a side which performs mediocrity EVERY SINGLE WEEK?

Since Round 2, nothing has changed. It isn't the footballers. They have the talent, we saw that last year. Yes, their execution hasn't been great. But most of what they are trying to execute they're making up themselves - random offloads, hoping to find numbers wide, desperate chip kicks, etc. etc. Footballers are DUMB. That is why coaches are necessary. Smith has had half a season to cut the dumb from our side, and he hasn't.

So doesn't the question have to be asked... WHAT, IF ANYTHING, IS BRIAN SMITH DOING?

It all comes back to Smith. And Smith is shit.
