Whoever out of Robbo, Polits, POS, or a combination of all 3 made the most insanely retarded recruiting/retention decisions in 2015 is what ****ed 2016. We kicked the players out that accounted for about 70% of our points scored in 2015 between them, and as such were always on a hiding to nothing. End of story.

If Pearce didn't get suspended we win probably 5-6 more games over the course of the season and probably finish somewhere 9th and 12th instead of 15th like we are going to, but it would not have saved of season.

Worse still the same blokes that kicked out all our point scorers have also signed up long term many of the players who've formed the core of our problems this season (Guerra, Fergo) so improvement is probably a few seasons away

We're making the mistake of trying to play the game at 100kph an hour instead of 60kph.

We can't tackle...we have 3 players in a tackle and the opposition still gets the ball away...nearly every time.
