Yeah he did that is why he may be a one season wonder. He is not a great of the game yet. After his ACL he may never be.

It was a lot easier to make the metres in our System than the Tigers one. I think Teddy in 2015 may have shaded him for tackle busts and line breaks but I'm relying on memory only.

Roger is a supreme talent, no doubt about it. I think he just doesn't quite have Teddy's will in the contest

Putting aside of whom we are talking, wouldn't you want to have a rookie mature within the structure of a club rather than come in with preconceived notions.

Case in point, Brad Fittler was not yet much more than a very talented centre when the Roosters picked him up. If I remember correctly, we used him at lock for the first year while Walker and Lam were the halves.

Tedesco was a big Roosters supporter growing up. I think we will target him big time when his contract runs out next year and I think we'll get him. Hence the one year signing of the Para fullback. Latrell will end up a centre.

As far as I'm aware there has never been any talk of latrell playing anywhere but fullback except on this forum. We have him for another 3 seasons. Once Gordon finishes in 2017 latrell will be fullback. It's all pipe dreams us getting some marque fullback. Teddy would take about 750k to lure away. There's no way we would pay that for a fullback when we have latrell. Especially when we could buy a marquee centre for less.

I think that is a distinct possibility as there is a lot more money the the sport he grew up playing.

Interest in Hayne really seems dead now. If he is coming back to NRL are we any chance of signing him for 2017. He has to play somewhere. I guess Parramatta is the obvious choice, especially if Semi moves on. If not Parramatta then who? Do the powers that be suddenly not rate him anymore? If he is too much into himself rather than the team this is certainly not something new. So why aren't we interested anymore? Or are we?

Can't take everything for granted.
I see Latrell providing a lot of value to this team from the centre position.
The idea of paying players more on their position is taking "salary-cap-ism" to a new level.
