Yeah, I get more excited by an Easts win than an Origin victory; I would be happier if we win our last game this season even if it doesn't mean anything than if NSW had won last night and gone on to win the series.

It makes it very tough for a club team with a lot of good players (like us for a long time) to compete on a level playing field with other teams who aren't so badly affected.

That said, Origin is here to stay and it's a good footy spectacle. As many mistakes as they made last night, I thought the Blues did themselves proud. Not easy up there against that team and they almost won it.

Watching NSW is like watching the Roosters at the moment. You just know they are going to find a way to lose.

I don't care too much for origin either. I can't stand the clichés. Did anyone else read the comments by Klemmer that he would die for the blue jersey? Oh my god that made me laugh hard. Guy needs to get a life and some perspective.

Even though I am a New South Welshman I love watching NSW lose every year. It is absolutely hilarious. Each year they start with the media very early. They hype themselves up, the legends, the up and comers. We get to hear about their passion, commitment and the things they are going to do to the Queenslanders. Then every year without much effort the Queenslanders proceed to tear us new arseholes.
The part I absolutely love is watching the Blues players after the series has concluded, crying, tearing their hair out, heads in hands wondering what just happened. I love it, go QLD. ****ers just made $150,000 per player to lose the series. Does it really hurt that much. bahahahhahahahha
